The 2nd “Belt and Road” International Cooperation Forum on Construction Machinery was held in Beijing

The 15th Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition & Seminar (hereinafter as BICES 2019) has a grand holding at New Beijing International Exhibition Centre during Sep 4 to 7, 2019. In order to respond to the call of “The Belt and Road”, enrich the exhibition activities and reflect important role and value of BICES in the industry, BICES’ organizer of CCMA, co-organize the 2nd “Belt and Road” International Cooperation Forum on Construction Machinery with China-Africa Friendly Economic and Trade Development Foundation (hereinafter as CACTPA).

The forum aims to make full use of the BICES exhibition platform, so as to provide a higher level of service and enhance the quality of the exhibition for all exhibitors to develop the market along the "Belt and Road”. There are more than 20 governmental representatives or business representatives from sixteen countries along the “Belt and Road” were invited, and nearly 120 guests and media attended the forum. The forum hosted by Mr. Zhou Weidong, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Machinery Sub-Council.
Welcome Address delivered by Mr. Qi Jun, Chairman of CCMA and Mr. Zhang Yi, President of CACTPA. Mr. Li Jianbin, General Manager of China Railway Hi-Tech Industry Co., Ltd., delivers the keynote speech titled Chinese TBMs for the Belt and Road; Mr. Liang Yongjie, Overseas Business Director, Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd., delivers the keynote speech titled LiuGong Practices “The Belt & Road”; Mr. Chen Wei, President of SINOMACH-HI International Equipment Co., Ltd., delivers the keynote speech titled Creating “The Belt & Road” in Harmonious Development by Win-Win Cooperation. And three Keynote Speeches delivered by the representatives of Malaysian, Macedonian and Nepalese embassy in China.
Mr. Qi Jun pointed out the first “The Belt and Road” International Cooperation Forum on Construction Machinery was successfully held in Beijing in May 2017. Attend the 2nd forum and visit BICES 2019, all of people will certainly feel and witness the new technology, new products, new achievements made by China and international construction machinery industry as well as the new breakthrough and the new progress made by the advanced enterprises at intelligent, informatization, comfort, energy saving, safe and reliable etc. It could be expected the cooperation between China and “The Belt and Road” countries will be more and more closer flowing with “The Belt and Road” countries economic rise and the development of China's construction machinery industry. We look forward to extend and enhance this all-round cooperation by this forum.

After the forum, the guests continued to visit BICES 2019, paid attention to the part of important exhibitors and characteristic areas. Brand enterprises such like SINOMACH, LIUGONG, XCMG, FANGYUAN, and SHANTUI ect all made a detail introduction on site for the guests. Meanwhile, the guests also visited area of Achievement Exhibition of Construction Machinery Industry for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China, Great Power and High-end Equipment Exhibition Area, Shield Machinery area, Intelligent Manufacture Area & Emergency Rescue Equipment Show Area, International Pavilions, Xuanhua Area etc. They all marveled at what huge achievement gained by China construction machinery industry and express strong desire to develop trade cooperation with China brand enterprises in the further.
